Even though our entire family is home on most days, we still look forward to snow days, when the world outside our door is blanketed in white and we can spend the day playing in the snow, sipping and hot chocolate and just enjoying each other.
These cake mix cookies are so easy, and we keep a box of cake mix on hand so that we can whip these up on snow days throughout the winter.
They would also be perfect for making cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve!
Ingredients:
- 1 box any flavor cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- mix-ins, optional
Directions:
Mix oil, eggs and cake mix.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet and decorate with sprinkles and candy.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
